Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does the whole process take?
    That depends on a number of factors - if you are using your own ornaments, ornament availability, shipping times, scheduling, etc. To be safe, we recommend starting at least two weeks before you would like your tree up.
  • How long will you need to be at my house to decorate my tree?
    We budget each tree taking approximately three hours with two of our tree helpers. Depending on the complexity of the design chosen, set up could vary and pricing will be adjusted.
  • What if I have my own ornaments?
    We love re-using your family's ornaments! We will meet with you for a consultation to ensure we have enough ornaments for your design inspiration. We can source new ornaments as required to match your current designs. We are extremely careful with your family's ornaments, however, accidents can happen. We will do our very best to prevent damage or repair any damaged in the process. If you have a few ornaments that are priceless heirlooms, we will make a spot for them and encourage you to attach them to your tree yourself.
  • What do I need to have ready for you when you arrive?
    Please have your tree assembled/in the tree stand by the time we arrive. If your tree is not pre-lit, please attach any lights you would like (we recommend laying some within the branches and around the edge for a layered look). If you are using an artificial tree, please fluff the branches. Please also set out any ornaments, tree skirts, etc. from your own collection we discussed in your planning meeting. If any assembly, lighting, or fluffing still needs to be done when we arrive, it may add to our total time and affect your invoice.
  • What if I have more than one tree?
    Estimates listed on our pricing page are per tree. We are more than happy to decorate additional trees for you! Depending on the themes of the trees, we can save time by shopping for both at the same time, reducing your overall labor cost.
  • Can you help me with other decor such as wreaths, table settings, etc?
    We can! Please mention any additional decor you would like in our contact form and we will reach out to discuss cost.
  • Do you do tear down?
    We do not offer tear down at this time. All new decor purchased is yours to keep!
  • Do I get to keep my new ornaments?
    All new decor purchased is yours to keep!
  • How do you determine size?
    We measure based off of the largest width.
  • Do you provide boxes?
    Boxes can be purchased for an additional fee.
  • Do you provide the paper?
    We can provide the paper or you can bring your desired paper with your presents. Bows and any additional baubles are included in your package price.
  • Do you offer rush services?
    Our typical turn around is one week, although we can accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please reach out to us to request rush services.
  • What is your usual turnaround time?
    Please allow one week for wrapping. Please reach out to ask for rush services if you need your package sooner.
  • Can I put multiple items in one box?
    Definitely! Please note which items belong in the same box on our wrapping request form.
